BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Conclusion of a Rental Agreement

By making a booking, which can be accepted in writing, verbally, or by telephone, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a fixed-term rental agreement with us. We will inform you of the acceptance by sending you a booking confirmation/invoice. The agreement becomes legally binding upon acceptance of our offer. If you do not object to our booking confirmation within 7 days of our written acceptance of our previous offer, the agreement will also become legally binding.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, please transfer the indicated deposit or the full amount within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation/invoice. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before arrival without further notice.

3. Equipment

We kindly ask you to report any lost or damaged items and either replace them or pay the replacement cost.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before arrival. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that you submit your cancellation in writing. The date of receipt of your cancellation notice by email to info@fairy-janes.com is decisive for determining the cancellation date. If you cancel your booking, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover our expenses.

The refund is calculated as follows:
Up to 31 days before arrival: 100%
Up to 14 days before arrival: 50%
From 13 days before arrival: 10%
No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after arrival date.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the rental price.

6. Rental Period

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, accommodations are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival ("check-in") and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Extending the departure time ("check-out") is possible by prior arrangement at a cost of 50% of the agreed daily rate.

7. Liability

Liability for any failures or disruptions in the water and/or electricity supply, heating, and television system is excluded, as is liability for the interruption of transport services and the collection of local taxes such as tourist tax.

8. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Puerto Princesa City 5300, Palawan, Philippines.
